a Filipino arranger, composer, orchestrator, musical director and a true artist. He is considered the 'music man' and an artist who performs and writes in classical, new music, jazz, and pop music genres. Noel’s genius for music never escaped the eyes of Tim Hauser, a member of the world-renowned and multi-Grammy award winner Jazz vocal quartet The Manhattan Transfer. Noel was granted scholarship by the prestigious group to hone this natural talent, paving the way to his dreams and become one of the country’s best in the scene. He is best known for his many published arrangements and orchestrations in the Philippine music industry.
